Have Tawakkul But Tie Your Camel. At-Tirmidhi 2517

A short yet powerful hadith from Anas bin Malik (رضي الله عنه) where the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) teaches the balance between trust in Allah and taking action:

“Tie it and rely (upon Allah).”

Anas bin Malik (رضي الله عنه) narrated that a man said:

“O Messenger of Allah! Shall I tie it and rely (upon Allah), or leave it loose and rely (upon Allah)?”
He said (ﷺ): “Tie it and rely (upon Allah).”
