We are a renowned Meat Wholesalers and Franchise retailers within London looking to recruit Office Administrators for our expanding business. We have up to 25 retail stores all over London, but we are rapidly expanding throughout the UK. We are looking for an Office Administrator to be based at our head office to assist our Operational Quality department in day-to-day activities.
We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic candidate who is a team player and will always go above and beyond to achieve results. Someone that is highly organized and can use their own initiative when required.
Duties include but are not limited to;
· Collating stock take results from 50+ Franchise stores
· Measuring KPIs
· Filing important documentation in an organized manner
· Accurate data entry into the invoicing system
· Customer service to any email and telephone queries
· To abide by the company’s information and Data protection policy
· Take accurate minutes for management meetings and follow up on actions

The candidate must have;
· IT skills (to be able to efficiently use Microsoft)
· Literacy skills
· A minimum of 1-2 years of experience of working in an administration department.
Proof of entitlement to work in the UK is required.

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
